I went through several companies from different referral sites and was quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism from each of the representatives including one multi-location company that was scheduled to do the replacement, but called me an hour after the techs were supposed to be on site stating that the all the installers were sick and I ended up cancelling the entire job.Frustrated about the cancellation and, to date, 3 weeks without AC. A year later and the great experience is still running. Since the installation of this specific unit my electric bills have dropped an average of $40/mth on months the AC is being used. This can be contributed to the specific unit that was suggested and the additional work done on the Air Handler box to improve the airflow and insulation of the box which was not expected, but proved to be excellent value add. And to add to the already great experience, a few months later, my office needed 2 AC units replaced at my place of business. We received several quotes from local AC installers including our current AC vendor and I asked that T&S to be included in the gathering of quotes for this project. Well, T&S beat all other competitors quote by a substantial amount and was able to meet all the strict building and city requirements that same week to get the project completed on that weekend. I truly cannot say enough about the professionalism, excellent work and dedication to making the customer happy for T&S Air Designs. Even my boss was very satisfied with the quality of work done at our office and the cost savings from other reputable local AC vendors. The only conclusion I can come up with for the excessive number of bad AC experiences I had last year, is so I would meet Scott and his family.
